Bizby is a SaaS platform operated by UdyogX Technologies Pvt Ltd. At Bizby, we strive to provide high-quality software and digital services to our customers.

1. Subscription Cancellation

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings or by contacting our support team.

Cancellation will stop future billing cycles. However, cancellation does not automatically generate refunds for payments already made.

2. Refund Policy

Since Bizby provides digital software services and cloud-based access, subscription fees are generally non-refundable.

Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payments
  • Incorrect billing due to technical issues
  • Unauthorized transactions verified by investigation
  • Failure of service caused solely by Bizby for an extended period

Approved refunds, if any, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

3. Free Trials & Promotional Plans

If a free trial or promotional offer is provided, users are responsible for canceling before the billing date to avoid charges.

4. Non-Refundable Services

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Subscription renewals
  • One-time setup or onboarding fees
  • Custom development or integration services
  • Third-party service charges
  • Partially used billing periods

5. Account Termination

Bizby reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Terms of Service. In such cases, refunds may not be provided.
